The Crater on the hillside !

Mt. Tokachi(dake) erupted many years ago. The flood that contained the ash and rocks reached the fertile plain and the acid contained in the ash damaged the veggie  field so much.

 Yes, the ash and rocks around this area were brought to the plain with the eruption and the flush following the rainfall. Bu even the hillside of the mountain was covered with such pretty flowers.

Some areas on the hillside inside the crater did not allow the plants to thrive but the most strong and courageous creature was the little pretty plants. Is this like human beings. We males should admire the females that do not hesitate to fight against the males who take care of them;)
